Booking terms
The short version of how bookings, payments and cancellations work.
Our booking terms
Sessions are non-refundable within 24 hours of the start time. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Bookings and payment
- A space is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have a booking reference.
- Prices are per child and shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
- Spaces are held for a short time while you check out. If payment is not completed the space is released.
Cancellations and refunds
- If we have to cancel a session you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If you need to cancel, get in touch as early as possible. Refunds for customer cancellations are at our discretion and follow the terms above.
At the session
- Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times unless a private childminding arrangement is in place.
- Messy play is messy. Please dress children in old clothes and bring a change.
- Let us know about allergies or additional needs when booking so we can prepare.
